New Tokyo Art Beat iPhone App

Tokyo Art Beat, the ultimate bilingual guide to the city's art scene, has finally released its long-promised iPhone/iPod Touch application. Sadly, when text tokyo tried to download it, we were told we did have not enough credit to cover the 230 yen price tag. Oh well, we're going to recommend that you go out and buy it anyway. If it's even half as informative and useful as the website (and it seems to have the same browse-by-category functions and recommendations, plus maps and directions) it will be the best favor you've done yourself in a long time... And no, before you even think it, text tokyo has not been paid, requested or in any way induced to make this endorsement. Can't a person just genuinely admire someone else's work these days without suspicions being aroused?
